Nike HQ, creative energy in the air, and a group of young men ready to turn life experiences into wearable art. This was not just a workshop, it was about transforming personal challenges into something powerful, tangible, and entirely their own.

Why?
For some young people, football is more than a game, it is the place where they find discipline, friendship, and purpose. But when school becomes disengaging, the connection between passion and progress can break down. This workshop was designed to bridge that gap, using creativity as a tool to reflect, express, and inspire.

How?
In collaboration with Football Beyond Borders, we delivered a custom T-shirt printing workshop right inside Nike HQ.

The brief was simple but meaningful:

• Reflect on a personal childhood challenge.
• Translate that experience into a visual message.
• Bring it to life through design and printing.

With guidance from our team, participants sketched, stencilled, and pressed their designs onto high-quality tees, learning printing techniques along the way.

What was the point?

By the numbers:

• 100% of participants created a fully custom T-shirt
• 90% said they felt more confident sharing their story
• 100% had never used printing equipment before the session
